01. QUALIFICATION REVIEW
We receive applications(CVs) only through peer recommendation or partner head hunters, enabling us to effectively find the right people. Please check and find a person or an HR agency who can recommend you to GXC.

02. PRACTICAL INTERVIEW
Our people, potentially your collogues, will conduct interviews by phone, video conference and/or in person. Although your resume and background is important, we are excited to see how you can perform and add value in a working environment. Throughout the interview process you will be asked to showcase your abilities and demonstrate the value you can bring to our team.

03. THREE-MONTH PROBATION
After working for three months at GXC, we will gather peer reviews on your performance both on your direct responsibilities and the relationships you build within the team. We are passionate about working collaboratively as a team and building great peer relationships and this is critical in determining whether you are the right fit for us. We are also aware that our company culture might not be the right fit for you, if so, before the end of the probation period you may also decide to depart. And we will wish you well.

04. OFFICIAL EMPLOYMENT OFFER
Official employment offer will be provided after negotiating working terms and remuneration including salary, equity option, fringe benefits and working coditions. We highly recommend choosing shareholder options for motivating your long stay at GXC. We know when our members have ‘skin in the game’ it creates an accelerated work environment which maximises shareholder value.
